Organize Your Thoughts
Goal: use the same structure, such as PREP or STAR, for every answer.
Start drill 1: PREP every timeWhy it happens
You cannot plan a whole answer in five seconds. But you can pick a shape — and a shape tells you what to say next.
Frameworks like PREP or Problem → Cause → Solution are not scripts. They are a short list of what to say next.

Tips
- Learn one framework deeply before adding more. PREP covers most situations.
- Say the structure out loud: “Firstly… for example… so…”. It guides the listener and you.
- The review shows which parts of the structure it detected.
FAQ
What is the best framework for impromptu speaking?+
PREP (Point, Reason, Example, Point) is the most versatile. STAR is best for interview stories.
Won’t frameworks make me sound robotic?+
Only at first. After a few dozen reps the structure disappears and only the clarity remains.
